| Announcement: I could really use your help |

I've been thinking about and praying about how to let other people know about Fresh-Hope. The usual and obvious way is through advertising and I did look into that. However, that costs a LOT of money and I simply don't have it. I thought that was the end of it, that there simply was no other way to get the word out.
Then last night, my daughter Jennifer, posted about her my space page to show everyone. That's when the light bulb went off! I have a "my space page that is simply an advertisement for Fresh Hope, which you can see here:

I'm not very good with stuff like this though and honestly don't have the time to keep it updated, so it's just kind of "there".
Anyway, here's the idea I got last night, and where I could use your help if you're willing!
What if everyone here that has a my space account or something similar, or even a personal web page, just added a little blurb about Fresh Hope to their site, along with this url?

We have lots of members and if everyone did it, that would be a LOT of advertising! I bet we'd get some really great new members from it too!!!! What do you think? Would you be willing to add something about Fresh-Hope and the url to your page? If so, it would be a HUGE help to me!
Of course, asking the Lord to bless and prosper Fresh-Hope would be an awesome help too, so please continue to do that!

Please do not post any graphics or pictures on FH that are larger then 320 x 240.
Ok, now how do you post a picture?
First the picture must be somewhere on the web. You can't post one from your computer unless you've first put it on the web somewhere. Once it's on the web you right click on the picture and choose "properties". Then you highlight the url (address) and right click on the highlighted url and choose "copy". Then you come here to your post and right click and choose "paste". That will put the url on your post. Now highlight the url on your post here, and this time click the "Img" button at the top of your page. That's all there is to it!
further explanation:
copy the pics onto your computer that you want to upload. If it's all of them click edit, select all and then copy then right click in your my pictures folder on your computer and choose paste.
go to photobucket and make an account there; it's free.

If you want to take them from the CD rather then your computer, when you click browse in photobucket go to "my computer" then click on the CD drive and you'll find them there.
TO REDUCE THE SIZE OF A PICTURE:
just upload your pic or graphic into your photo bucket like you would normally. Then left-click on the image. It will open a single large image of it. Look just above the image for [re-size]. Left click on that. It will give a drop down menu for which-ever size you want to choose. Left-click on the size you want and voila! It's re-sized for the board and it won't lose its sparkly or animation. You MUST use this editing tool if your graphic is animated or it will lose it's animation!!!
 Photobucket also has a new image resizer for NON animated graphics. Here is a link to their tutorial page. Click on the tutorial you want to see to learn how to do something on photbucket:

There has been such a huge increase in health related news that I felt it deserved to have it's own place to be posted so that it didn't get lost amid all the other news articles. I really didn't want to start a new forum though so what I did was made the Alerts and Recalls Forum over to include the Health related news articles.
I honestly believe this is another part of the labor pains that Jesus warned us about for the end times. Of course there has always been health related news articles, but what I've been seeing isn't "normal" or "average". There really does seem to have been a tremendous increase in the number of them. Weird diseases, drug resistant diseases, old diseases making a comeback, etc.
This just proves even more to me that we are in the end times. Every single area of our lives is being affected by these birth pains. Natural disasters, weather related disasters, health related disasters, wars and rumors of wars, economic problems, human rights problems, government problems, etc. We are getting hit harder and harder on every side, no matter which way we turn.
So, Hang on to your hats, the ride may get rough, but unlike the generation that was alive when Jesus was born, we know what the signs mean! He's coming back soon folks! Let's get busy and let others know too! We need to be studying the Bible and watching the news, and telling everyone: "Repent! The Kingdom of heaven is at hand!"
