with all do respect cindy i just am covinced in my spirit that it was for the reson of demonstrating the changing power in thier lives. mabe all the informationgiven concerning the establishment of local assemblies was so that we can now say, things are dffrent now. its ok that you have a diffrent perception, because the day is comming when the lord will put all this nonsence to rest. i may not be the bible scolare nor do i spell very well, but what i do know is my father, its interesting to me that folks would question the term soulish responce but so far there have been several digs at me and my abity to write/spell or even rember exact facts from the word, but they cant recconise a resonce from the soul? the reason my communication is the way that it is i was badly burned and my fingers often dont hit the right keys, nor do i see well. but im shur that thoes whom are spiritual here already heard that from the lord. i doubt any of you heard that from the lord, because no one asked god just responded in the flesh. no example of true christ love here, im out

I am sorry if you took what I said about a spell checker as a dig at you. I can't spell well either so I started using the one on the Google tool bar. It works quite well.

Deadman, if you do read this, I too ask your forgiveness for anyway that I may have offended you. I do not agree with all you say, and cannot pretend differently, but we both have the same Lord and Father which makes us family. I look forward to getting to know you better in heaven. I also ask your forgiveness for allowing things to get so out of hand in this thread, and for the harsh way your posts were received.

Yet perhaps it has served a higher purpose and shown us all the truth a little clearer when we read what the Lord says:

Romans 12:10 Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves.

Ephesians 4:2 Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.

1 Peter 3:8-9 Finally, all of you, live in harmony with one another; be sympathetic, love as brothers, be compassionate and humble. Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult, but with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing.

I too am not a bible scholar, but simply a child of the Lord who loves His Word just as you do and I spend a great deal of time reading and studying His word as He tells us to do.

after giving some time for things to cool off i thought i would post this

Americans will spend $437 BILLION on Christmas this year... If we would spend 1/2 of that and give away the rest, We could feed everyone on the planet, we could provide clean water to everyone on the planet, triple funding for AIDS research, triple funding for Cancer research AND WE WOULD HAVE $112 BILLION LEFT to solv...e other problems. Let's choose to spend less and give away the savings to meet real needs

now if we are a christian nation, with true Godly leadership in our churches this could be done.
the fact remains that we arent a Godly nation, our church leadership must step up and admit the failure in decilpeship, forego thier salery and set an exmple to follow. a true walk of faith rather than taking the position of justification why they shouldnt set the example.


a recent expierance,

i for the past 10 months have been visiting and feeding the homeless. not associated with any church, out of my own pocket. visiting them in the camps that they dwell in.

one camp happens to be with in eyeshot of a " ministry" that feeds the homeless once a week and hs a service also once a week.
it amazed me that on thanksgiving the parking lot was full of "christians" all dressed nicely, most with cameras in hand taking pictures of the great thing they did, objectifying the homeless.
while none of them actually sat down with the homeless and listened.
but rather rounded them up for a pose then after the pcture was taken back to them selves bragging about the good thing they were doing.

it was all i could do to load the ones up was taking home with out going off. but the lord reminded me that they have recieved thier reward.

if we truly had biblical men who hear from heaven leading every church that participated in this shamefull act, it would have never happened.
im down there evry week roaming the camps and never seen one of thoes "christians" before, nor since.
one guy actually when i asked what the pictures were for said that they were for a promotion to get funds with in thier church to stock the pantry at thier church. so i called that church later in the week to see who could get food assistance, not to my suprise i was told members of that church who have fallen on hard times. sotghey used the homeless to meet thier need. it makes me sick.

just a side note, the leadership of this "ministry" that provides this service is involved in adultry with one of the men that frequents the establishment, gave him a truck out of ministry funds, he went to jail for dui and auto theft nd then this woman spent i dont know how much money from an already poor ministry on an attorney to get him out. not out of godly love but rather so she could continue the affair.

where is the true man of god!
