You're currently viewing our board as a guest which only gives you limited access, & more importantly, it prevents us from getting to know you, a member of our family in Christ. That's our main reason for being here, so we can get to know our family in Christ here, & enjoy, help, encourage, grow, & pray with each other now the way Jesus wants us to. We really are a "real" family & it's our desire to act like one now instead of waiting until we get to heaven. The Lord brought you here for a reason, so please consider registering (or logging in)-- it's free! If you're already a member, please log on - we miss seeing you! God doesn't call us to be lurkers, isolated from others, He calls us to be a family, loving and living together through Him! Won't you please join us?
1 Thes 5:12–13 — Now we ask you, brothers, to respect those who work hard among you, who are over you in the Lord and who admonish you. Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work. Live in peace with each other.

Spiritual leadership is a sacred responsibility. Leaders are to lead, feed, and guard the flock of God, which Christ “purchased with His own blood”. They are accountable to God Himself for the faithful discharge of their duties. You have a sacred responsibility as well: to obey and submit to your leaders. Heb 13:7 says, “Remember those who led you, who spoke the word of God to you; and considering the outcome of their way of life, imitate their faith.” Paul adds in 1 Thes 5:12–13, “Appreciate those who diligently labor among you, and have charge over you in the Lord and give you instruction, and … esteem them very highly in love because of their work.” Drawing Near
